EARLY BIRD SPECIAL (ends May 1st):

$350 per person ($175 deposit + $175 final payment).
Pay in full or in two payments. If making two payments, the balance is due by May 1st or early bird pricing will be cancelled.

COST (after May 1st):

$390 per person for room and all meals. (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast. Sunday lunch is not available.)

REFUNDS:

By July 1st – refund minus $25 will be issued upon notice of cancellation.
After July 1st – refund minus $25 will be issued ONLY if your vacancy is filled.
After July 15th – NO REFUNDS/NO EXCEPTIONS.

WHO:

Members of Overeaters Anonymous only
Attendees must register for the entire retreat and lodge at the retreat center.

WHERE:

Zephyr Point Conference Center, near South Lake Tahoe, is a lakeside retreat that has been called “A haven where God’s presence and the deep blue lake seem to drape visitors in a profound peace.” (Chicago Tribune)

ROOMS:

Double or triple occupancy.
Short walk or elevator ride to meeting and dining rooms.
All Rooms are ADA Accessible (The Retreat Center has an elevator).
A limited number of rooms have Wheel-Chair Accessible Showers / Bathrooms.
ALL rooms assigned by lottery.

SCHOLARSHIPS:

To include your name for confidential consideration (This is an option when you register online) for a scholarship (deposit not covered), provide a brief statement of need when you register online and pay the $175 deposit before May 1st. Scholarship recipients will be responsible for providing service at the retreat. Available Service Positions include: Registration Table, Greeter, Shuttle Driver or whatever is needed.
