WHERE: The retreat takes place at the Zephyr Point Conference Center near South Lake Tahoe. This lakeside retreat has been called "A haven where Gods presence and the deep blue lake seem to drape visitors in profound peace." (Chicago Tribune). ​

On Saturday you'll have a 3 hour break so don't forget your swim suit and a beach chair to enjoy the private beach on the lake. 

WHO: Members of Overeaters Anonymous only. Attendees must register for the entire retreat and lodge at the retreat center.

​ROOMS: Rooms are double or triple occupancy and a short walk or elevator ride to meeting and dining. All rooms are ADA compliant - a limited number of rooms are wheelchair accessible. 

​All rooms assigned by lottery. 

If you know who you want to share your room with, be sure they are also registered. 

Note: as of Feb. 25, all Rooms that can accommodate 3 people are now booked.

REFUNDS:

• By July 1, 2019 - refund minus $25 will be issued upon notice of cancellation. Refunds will be returned directly to the credit card used when purchasing. 
• After July 1, 2019 - refund minus $25 will be issued after retreat ONLY if your vacancy is filled from the waiting list.
• After July 23, 2019 - No refunds, no exceptions.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
To include your name for confidential consideration, email a brief statement of need to the registration chair at [email protected] after you have registered with a partial payment of $125.

​Scholarships may be up to 50% of the registration fee. Scholarship recipients will be responsible for providing service at the retreat. ​Service may include registration table, greeter or whatever is needed.

REGISTRATION: To secure your spot, please register and make payment as soon as possible. ​Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and over the last 20 years we have always sold out. 

​COST: You may pay your registration in full or make a partial payment to hold your spot. 

Full Payment

• $230 Early Bird Registration (ends May 1, 2019)
• $250 Regular Registration (ends July 1, 2019)

Deposit Payment

• $125 partial payment now and balance due of

  • $125 by July 1, 2019

Meals
​​Registration fee includes room and all meals. 
(Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast)
​Optional Sunday lunch is available is for an additional $12.

Note: no rooms have refrigerators. 
You are welcome to bring non-perishable food items if you have special dietary needs. ​Vegetarian meals are available (this is an option when you register.)
