Location: Christ Temple Apostolic Church, 9001 La Riviera Drive,
Sacramento. Conducting: Carmen A., Intergroup Vice Chair. Minutes:

attendance.
We started at 7:00 PM. The meeting opened with the
Serenity Prayer; Tracie read the Twelve Steps; Introductions were made; the
minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

SVIOA at the WSBC in May. E-mail
received from Rosalie mentioning that adding exercise to Tools of the Program will be an item of discussion. Also, there will be a workshop about
anonymity within the OA Group. For more

Policy and Procedure Manuals:
Mariel still accepting marked-up copies - please get them to her if you have
any changes.

Bylaws Amendment for
WSBC We do not need amendment to Bylaws to send Rosalie to WSBC, but we will
notify WSO who will be attending.

Winter Retreat Status
Michael indicated that Darlene would volunteer. No further discussion at this time. Tabled until we can obtain
more information from Tom H.

that SVIOA publish a separate meeting director that does not have Secretary
names and telephone numbers. Seconded
by Sharon E. After brief discussion, it
was agreed item would be tabled until next meeting.

Member, Julie, expressed
interest in attending WSBC. She has to meet criteria for attendance to be
approved. Julie was not in attendance
at the Intergroup, so Carmen A., acting as Chair, used her prerogative to table
the item and not vote on Julie attending WSBC at this time. No motion made to send second
representative.

Literature: Janice mentioned that tax is included in the
price of literature items; shipping charges have gone up 10-12%; sold $700
worth of literature tonight.

OA How: Dorothy Next HOW meetings will be held in
June at her home at 6:00 p.m. prior to Intergroup meeting.

Unified School District Health Fair Needs volunteers to staff booth from
3:30-6:30. Please spread the word and
have interested people call Tracie.

Sutter General; would like outreach from OA.

Young People: Jenene Mary will be going to Health Fair;
flyers have been given to Tracie; someone at business meeting asked if they
could advertise on Craigs List; they are getting calls, but still struggling
at meetings.
