October 9 - 11, 2009 FALL INTO SERENITY A Women’s Retreat
This retreat is open only to women who are members of Overeaters Anonymous and is a full weekend event.
Location: The retreat will be at the Enchanted Hills Camp in the beautiful hills above Napa. You can take a peek at http://www.uccr.org/ehc.htm
Accommodations: Cabins have four beds and a bathroom with shower. Single rooms are not available. Bedding and towels are provided. Food is nutritious and wonderful.
Registration and Installment Payment Plan:
Fee includes accommodations for two nights plus 6 meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
Early registration postmarked by June 30, 2009: $245.00
Registration postmarked from July 1 through September 22, 2009: $270.00
After September 22, please call numbers below to check availability.
New option this year: You can pay in two installments; the first payment of $125 is due by June 30 to get the early price. We must receive the balance ($120 or $145) by September 22. If you find you aren’t able to make the second payment, we’ll refund your first payment.
Refunds: All refunds will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Substitution of names is not permitted. No refunds will be issued after September 1 unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list.
Scholarships: If you are experiencing financial hardship and would otherwise not be able to attend, you can apply for a partial scholarship. Your registration must be postmarked by June 30. Do not include a check. Scholarships will be awarded in a random drawing. You will be notified about the availability and amount of funding by July 31 and the balance of the registration fee will be due by August 31 to hold your spot.
